High ping in game. Need solutions.

Hi there. I am currently working on an online multiplayer game. But the issue is that i am getting PING in excess of 320 all the time. So, it is very difficult for me to sync the correct positions of all the players. Can anything be done to reduce the PING? or if there is another solution, then please tell. Also, the desirable PING for online multiplayer games is below 100. So, the difference is huge.
