How to Publish Performance Counters to New Relic?

According to the docs it's possible:

But I don't know where to find the custom files:
config/newrelic.json

CounterPublisher.NewRelic.dll
CounterPublisher.NewRelic.dll.config
CounterPublisher.NewRelic.pdb

I'm pretty sure these are created by Exit Games, but I don't see them in the Photon Server SDK folder (v4.0.29.11263.exe)

How can I get the stats sending to New Relic?
